This can occur due to blockage of the bile ducts, inflammation in the bile ducts or liver, as well as as a result of bad habits such as alcohol consumption, unhealthy diet, improper medication, and the effects of certain diseases such as cirrhosis of the liver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Symptoms of bile stasis may include:
\u2013 pain in the right side of the abdomen;
\u2013 dark urine;
\u2013 dizziness;
\u2013 vomiting;
\u2013 loss of appetite;
\u2013 bitter taste in the mouth and unpleasant smell;
\u2013 yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
