1. Pre-registration: to avoid queues and get tested quickly, we recommend that you register for tests in advance.
2. Preparation:
• Blood: donate in the morning on an empty stomach, do not eat for 8-12 hours before the test. You can only drink water.
• Urine: Use a sterile container. The first portion of urine should be flushed down the toilet, the second portion should be flushed into the container.
3. Time to get results: the results of most tests are ready the next day.
