Signs of heat stroke:
• Nausea, vomiting
• Headache, dizziness
• Weakness, muscle weakness
• Convulsions
• Rapid heartbeat, breathing
• Loss of consciousness
If you witness heatstroke, we recommend:
1. Immediately move the person to a cool place: shade, air conditioning, or a room with a fan.
2. Remove excess clothing
3. Cool the body with a damp cloth
4. Raise the victim's legs
5. Call an ambulance: even if the person's condition has improved slightly, a doctor's examination is necessary.
After providing first aid, it is important to consult a doctor for diagnostic work.
At the Vitamin Medical Center, you can get advice from a therapist, neurologist, and cardiologist who will prescribe additional examinations to avoid any complications.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones in the heat!
